I stayed at this villa yesterday, and the location is indeed very strategic, close to various tourist attractions in Batu. The facilities are also quite complete, making it quite comfortable to use. However, there are a few things that might be of concern in the future, such as the lack of a water heater—despite Batu's fairly cool air—and the swimming pool's somewhat unclean condition, which made me hesitant to use it. Upon arrival, there was also a slight issue with the pool's water filter, but this was quickly resolved by the very responsive and helpful caretaker. Overall, this villa is quite a pleasant place to stay, and with a few improvements to some of the facilities, I'm sure it would be an even more comfortable choice for visitors.

There is no water heater, the shower is very cold, but overall it is very good, just need to improve the response of the villa guard so that they respond quickly 👍🏻

First impressions: the villa was clean and comfortable. It's perfect for family get-togethers; all the amenities mentioned are present and functioning well. The swimming pool is clean and doesn't smell of chlorine. Most importantly, communication with the admin was smooth and responsive. 👍 I'll probably rent a villa here again.

Suka banget dengan lokasi villanya yang tenang dan viewnya keren banget dari rooftop lantai 2 yang ada alat pemanggang untuk barbequenya cuma sayang tidak disediakan gas jadi ga bisa barbeque-an sambil menikmati view. Hal yang disuka lagi dari villa ini adalah kolam renangnya yang bersih dan ga berasa kaporit lumayan untuk berenang anak-anak maupun dewasa karena bagian paling dalam sekitar 1.5 meter. Fasilitas entertainment juga cukup karena disediakan TV yang cukup besar dan sound system yang bisa untuk karaoke. Mungkin hal yang menjadi catatan buat yang mau menginap dengan berbanyak orang adalah kamarnya yang cuma 2 tapi mengingat harganya yang cukup affordable dibanding villa dengan fasilitas kolam renang yang lain it's not really a big deal. Top deh.. bakalan bisa jadi langganan di sini.

The villa is nice, there is a rooftop and you can also have a BBQ. You can do family karaoke and swim. The only downside is the cleanliness.

Service and facilities are ok, cleanliness is ok, 2 rooms have AC, communication with the guard is good. Just a little suggestion, if possible, power outlets can be added in several places, especially in the rooms and in the TV area. Overall, the family is satisfied with their vacation here

The villa is clean, comfortable, suitable for a staycation with family, far from the noise, but far if you are looking for food 😁. And the heater is not hot enough, the water is still cold 🙏
