Easy and fast when checking in and checking out

Weekdays take deluxe with garden view price 375 no BF. Hotel advantages: strategic location, parking available, security ready, friendly crew, spacious room, cold AC, new towels. Disadvantages: old hotel, dirty room & bathroom floor, sheets and pillows need to be changed, shower water is not strong, hot water in the afternoon can not be in the morning, toilet flush error, bathroom door error, garden view advertisement but no view, windows are dead closed, floor is rattling, slow wifi, blurry TV.

We booked 3 rooms, 1 room I booked under my name on the same day staying Saturday 18th October, 2 rooms were booked under my husband's name a few days before, the room that my husband booked was a deluxe king with free breakfast, one of the rooms, the toilet water was not flowing, towels and mats were not yet available even though we entered the room at 15.30 even though the receptionist had kindly informed us that towels would be ready at 16.00-17.00 but until that time, we had to go downstairs to get them ourselves. Breakfast, although not very varied, was still acceptable, but please improve supervision of food/drink serving, the milk served with cereal was stale. Hopefully it can be improved, because this hotel is strategic

The hotel staff is friendly and the cleanliness is very well maintained.

It's like staying in a hostel, the old-fashioned AC is noisy, it's not cold, and the hot water doesn't work.

Stayed on October 4, 2025, arrived at 10:30 PM and got room 317 in the old building. The path leads to a scary room, the hallway is dark, and the room is full of dust. The bathroom was dirty, the water was slow to drain, the TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, there was an old wardrobe, and the AC took a long time to cool. The plus side is the Wi-Fi is very fast, and the location is close to the crowds. Just a suggestion: don't sell rooms that aren't fit for use. I was really disappointed with the price of around 300 for a guesthouse that costs around 100. 😅 But I did see a room in the new building. The TV, bed, and refrigerator are all new. The renovated rooms are more recommended. If you want to check in, it's better to come in person and choose your room.

Hotel close to Kayutangan Heritage, a culinary center in the center of Malang city.

I really enjoyed staying at Tuwuh Hotel. The staff were all friendly, and I was greeted with a welcome drink upon entering. However, please check the bathroom frequently because the water was stagnant and the toilet was unusable.

Overall, the service is good, the staff are friendly, quick to respond when there are complaints, the room is clean, the AC is cold, only hot water has to wait on the list, booked 2 rooms for 2 adults, 2 children who are already teenagers, got a deluxe king in room 114 with a spacious room and room 116 with a standard size, the location is close to Kayu Tangan Heritage and Tugu Square, can be an alternative place to stay when in Malang

The bed is not comfortable, it squeaks when you move and the hot water in the bathroom doesn't come out either, otherwise it's okay.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great. However, the water tap was too small. Thank you to the supervisor/manager for their help during check-in.

I came here early Saturday morning last week. Check-in was easy. It's a strategic location. It's just that the bathroom has limited hot water hours. I arrived at 1:00 a.m. and took a cold shower without hot water. I'm also not sure why the water was so low, and the TV didn't have any channels. The location is good, close to all the stations, and Kayu Tangan is close. It's good.
