I booked this hotel through traveloka for 3 nights and paid over 5,000 baht. In the picture that was given to book the room, the room looked like it had a bathroom in the room. The bed was requested to be a double bed (not a twin bed). In the picture when booking, there was also a picture of a double bed. When we arrived at the hotel, we got a bunk bed room with no bathroom in the room (shared bathroom). We went down to talk to the staff and they said that we booked like this. It might be our mistake for not looking carefully, so we had to book again and pay another 3,000 baht. I want to warn you to look carefully when booking. But for us, we will stop using the traveloka app because posting pictures of the room is very confusing.
