The apartment rental service at "Basura by AOK" was truly disappointing. From the very beginning, the check-in process was uncomfortable — slow and unprofessional. I was staying here for a layover with my family because it was late (around 9 p.m.), but my experience was terrible. Initially, I was told I had to pay an additional administration fee just because I was staying on the weekend. After reporting the fee to the CEO, the fee was eventually waived, but I was then given three rounds of questions about the unit. I only actually arrived at the unit around 11 p.m., having waited almost two hours without any explanation. The room was also far from satisfactory — dirty, dusty, and not in line with the staff's description of it as "the best unit." Upon check-out, I still paid an additional fee for staying past 12 noon, which I admit was my fault. Overall, the service and cleanliness at Basura by AOK were very disappointing. Not recommended.

The admin was very difficult to ask for the deposit money to be returned, after chatting with the boss, he gave it. After that, he replied thank you but didn't reply again as if he didn't want to return the deposit, he was also surprised by the parking fee which was said to be 2000 per hour. Even though parking was only for about 12 hours, I thought to myself, maybe it's only 24 thousand, but it turned out to be 32 thousand and the vehicle was very far away 😭. Seriously, this is definitely for the first and last time. 300 thousand is still far less than oy * or r*dd*rz which is around 150 thousand 😭.

The broken tap was not replaced and there was no information at all, so when we stayed we couldn't take a shower because there was no water tap, we had to shower using a toilet spray, we informed the admin but there was no effort whatsoever, disappointed because we weren't informed from the start before we stayed. , really detrimental.
