Modern hotel at great location in the historic centre of the city. Nice choice of bars and restaurants close by. Good public transport links to main rail and bus stations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good. The hotel is easy to get to and close to many attractions. We enjoyed the circus theme.

Hotel niezły, ale oceny w Internecie znacznie zawyżone. Zalety: czysto, nowocześnie, super lokalizacja. Wady: pokój bez lodówki, łóżko to rama z materacem, który przemieszcza się cały czas; przedłużenie dobry hotelowej nawet o jedną godzinę to dodatkowa opłata.

The staff were great, the hotel clean. Now, there’s no safe in the bedroom, and the shower temperature kept oscillating, from warm to scalding hot, it burn me a few times.

Fantastic location, about 10 mins walk from a train station and right at the centre of the Old Town. Super handy for the city. Fun and modern interior. Comfortable room, very clean and not too small. Nice bathroom with powerful shower, big mirrors etc. I love the idea of water dispenser in a corridor, both still and sparkling. Absolutely delicious breakfast with the widest variety of food I've ever seen in a hotel! Including smoothies, fresh lemonade and cakes! To finish off - very helpful and friendly staff. They genuinely care about your stay and try to accommodate your needs. Well done team Ibis Styles Szczecin! We will be back!

Fabulous hotel, great value for money, location perfect, highly recommended.

Ibis hotel is only for one or two nights stay My room when I got there was cold and I didn’t know how to turn on thermostat. The receptionist was not helpful at all Bed has very thin uncomfortable mattress. Hard pillows but nice warm covers. No coffee machine or kettle. Free coffee machine downstairs but that coffee was too bitter for my taste. Only one kind of tea. Bathroom and towels were clean. The problem was shower. Water temperature change too often. I was getting cold shower or burn with a really hot water. Because there was only one toilet paper I asked for extra one. Cleaning lady told me the hotel doesn’t allow extras. Same thing with the box of tissue. Air in the hotel room had very weird funny smell all the time. Chairs in the room are plastic and very uncomfortable to sit for a long time. I did decide to have breakfast once. Foot didn’t look appetizing /taste wasn’t good. Like every hotel, it was buffet style. The problem was the way they spread the dishes. To reach something behind your sleeve could easily touch the first row of the dishes. Stuff in the hotel wasn’t friendly or helpful. One time they move somebody next to my room. This man had the party to 4 o’clock in the morning. When I complain next morning, they told me security was checking on them. It wasn’t true because nobody came. I ask Expedia to reach out to property to see if I could get the refund and move out but nothing could be done. I choose the hotel for it location.

Modern, clean hotel short walk to the city center and very close to many restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic variety of dishes for breakfast.

Hotel is in tip top condition. Shower felt roomy and aircon was nice. TV had a good selection of network channels and service was friendly. I forgot my charger and came back for it after check out and I was allowed to go back and retrieve it with no issue. Location is very central too.

Great stay on the old town

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und fast alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider zu wenig Parkplätze und mein Wunsch für Parkplatz Reservierung ist nicht gelesen worden. Am ersten Tag habe ich sehr viel für Automaten auf der Straße bezahlt. Paar mal immer nachgefragt und meinten die Männer am Rezeption erst morgen ab 12 nachfragen. Reservierung geht nicht. Abends als ich nochmal nachfragen wollte sagte der Herr gerade 1 Minute vor dir habe ich weiter gegeben. Erst nächsten Tag um 9 Uhr eine Dame am Rezeption sagte mir natürlich haben wir und man kann reservieren sogar gestern könnten die für mich reservieren. Außer die Männer am Rezeption sonst alles ok. Sogar die Damen aus der Küche und Reinigung waren super .
