Room was very clean and comfortable, top tier hotel experience! There are lots of movies available too, though sometimes the WiFi was weak. Hospitality was great, complimentary parking. Dined at Fairway for dinner and food was delicious, even better than the buffet breakfast. Buffet had lots of variety and delicious options too. Overall wonderful experience and would be back again. The perfect hotel experience for staycation.

Request high floor, get the lowest room, just look at the wall, better to just stay at home, spoils the mood

Staff very helpful & friendly. Starting from check in until check out time. The front desk were very very helpful. My son love the kids club so much, he cry when its time to leave 😂 Thank you to the pool concierge, he help pump my kids float 🥳 but i wish they add on hook at their toilet. it quite tough to handle your clothes especially when it just u & the kid 🥹 Thank you so much for the great experience. InsyaAllah ade rezeki kita jumpa lagi 🥰

We stayed at M Resort & Hotel KL for a short family staycation, and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and super clean. The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. My family especially loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of delicious food. The overall vibe felt calm and exclusive, even though it’s just a short drive from the city.

Our go to hotel for a short staycation. Best to avoid during peak season or school holidays. If you did book during this time, plan to come earlier. The check-in line was extreme. As well as the breakfast buffet line 😅 Best to wake up early for it.

pool was very dirty on my date of stay 13 Sept 2025. if the parents could see how dirty and murky the pool water was they probably would not let their kids in either

This is my fourth time staying here. Even our house is just 15-20 mins driving. We love everything! From lovely & friendly staff, clean room, clean hotel area, clean kids club, everything! Oh, the breakfast selection has many selections as compared to before. Definitely will stay here again.

The overall hotel is nice, but on the day I wanted to check in, they were still not finished making up the room. In total, I needed to wait for 1 hour and the receptionist gave me another room. Maybe it just happened to me at that time, the hotel is very good actually, has a nice staff, very helpful, friendly. If you ask me if I still want to go there? Yes, of course, I'll repeat in the future!

It was a comfy stay here with friendly staff and good room ambiance. The hotel feels new and clean, and it successfully made it feel like an 'out of city' resort with vacation vibe.

The staff were friendly. I called earlier to get early check-in or maybe on-time check-in because I had an event to attend. I arrived at 2 p.m. and could check in on the spot. 😍 Happy me. Definitely will repeat to stay here. ❤️

Staff friendly, food was amazing but need to queue 30 minutes to get a table due to many guests that day. Pool was amazing too. Kids love it.

The hotel ambience was really good. My kids really love the pool & slide. The food is variety. I really enjoyed my roti canai & teh tarik so much! Definitely will come back! :)
