Overall, OK. Plenty of parking, spacious place. There is an elevator service. Smiling employees, good service, willing to help. Breakfast is made to order and paid for itself. We ordered fried rice with fried egg for 69 baht. It was delicious and satisfying. There was a slight problem, just the sink faucet moved and tilted sideways. You have to keep moving it to the center of the tub. And the peephole on the door is very high. I'm 157 cm tall. I can't see if I stand on tiptoe.🤣🤣 My boyfriend went down to get things and then came back to the room so I used the peephole to look at it 😆 But the hotel already looked safe, so there's nothing to worry about.

The service desk was excellent, and the room was clean and modern. There was a small restaurant downstairs that served Thai food between 7 AM and 3 PM daily. Ample parking, and the air-con worked great. It's a relatively new hotel, so everything is still very new. For individuals without a vehicle, it could be slightly difficult given its location, but it is near Central Festival shopping mall. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had really nice amenities. There's a fountain shower, which I'm now thinking of buying for myself at some point, and a refrigerator and TV. Excellent Wi-Fi too. 5/5.
