Everything was great, my two-night stay at Miko was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the security guard was also nice and helped me find a Gojek. It's close to Alfamart and restaurants, so it's easy to find food. Fully air-conditioned, hot water, fragrant, and clean. I booked the room the day before and got a cheap price of only 100,000 rupiah per night. It was a really good experience for me, a first-time visitor to Surabaya alone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The toilet was clean. The pillows were damp and dirty, making me itchy. The socket didn't work, so I had to buy a cokroll and use the socket outside the capsule near the door.

Staying in a capsule room feels comfortable, even though the room is like a capsule, it is just right for me, comfortable and complete.

The staff was very helpful, I locked my cabin from the outside, then the receptionist and housekeeping helped me move to a cabin that was available, strategic access next to Alfamart and close to the Purabaya Bungarsih terminal, close to restaurants and malls, has its own cafe but I eat outside because it's expensive, there's a TV but I don't know how to use it.. the price is very affordable, the cabin is clean, cool and there are amenities for brushing teeth and towels, separate toilets, male and female cabins are also separate, the cabin is not soundproof but no problem because it fits the budget.. Good Jobs 👍
