The service was top notch, breakfast was tasty, kids club only available over weekend but its spacious enough, the bath amenities is amazing, ended up purchasing them as its super good, kids pool is only the plunge pool, so thats the only downfall of this hotel but overall its good staycay, and they alsonprepare birthday amenieties so we’re so grateful for that. It's a very short stay but the experience is so awesome. Even my son loves to swim all day long (re: in the swimming pool and in the bathtub) 🤣

I was a bit surprised, it turned out there was a turndown service at night when I was not in the room and the position of my suitcase and bag was temporarily open.

Many got surprise Christmas cakes and drinks in the room

Always a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly yet very respectful and accommodating. I used the 24/7 Fitness Center where there is a sufficient number of quality treadmills to use, very convenient. The room is well appointed, bottled water always replenished, and the butler service excellent.

There is a bed bugs in the room, I am booked for 3 nights but left after 2 nights as my legs are all bitten by bed bugs 😭😂🥶
