The hotel has many facilities in the same buildings, such as a mini market, public bath, and laundry room. The staff are nice and helpful. This hotel has a clothes compression machine that saves quite a good space in luggage.

Standard Japanese hotels are clean. Single rooms are small. There are coin-operated laundry facilities, but there's a bit of a wait. The public bathrooms are pleasant. There's also a Lawson in the hotel, which is convenient. It's also close to the station.

I really enjoyed staying at Apa Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda Eki Tower. The location is very close to Umeda Station. There is a luggage storage facility before check in and after check out. The staff are many and all friendly, and they are all good looking. This is a hotel with the most complete facilities during my visit to Japan. The room is not spacious but the facilities are complete, the bedding is clean and tidy, the amenities in the room are complete, they provide yukata and pajamas too. There are vending machines, microwaves, ice cube machines, hot springs, coin laundry, Lawson in the building, restaurants in the building, spa in the building. Breakfast on the 3rd floor, with a very diverse menu and delicious taste. Will come back to stay here again if I have the opportunity to play in Osaka again.

We booked for 4 person (1 room) the problem is the QUALITY of the BED. Can not used for 2 person in 1 bed, because the side section already flatten (both bed). Have to change with new BED already. But if used for 1 person 1 bed (sleep on the middle), no problem, still OK.

It's really nice, a very nice hotel, close to Umeda/Osaka station and behind the hotel there are busy places, especially restaurants.

Stayed a week for a concert nearby, great location, clean room, and very nice staff. Thank you!

Sudah mencoba apa di osaka, tokyo dan sapporo semuanya the best. Khusus yang osaka ini ada kolam renang di rooftop nya dan ada lawson di lantai 4. Sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan. The best.

Excellent location & facilities, great place for onsen after work and leisure. I will definitely come back and stay there again the next time I visit Osaka. Don't forget to request highest floor & city view to enjoy Osaka cityscape from the room.

Located in a strategic area. Many bar/izakaya located near the hotel. Most importantly, I've got free VOD (TV video Access) during my staying period.
