Arrived early, got early check-in.. spacious, comfortable room, beautiful view, lots of ootd ports.. staff is also friendly🤍

My family and I stayed here for two nights. It was very memorable. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Hopefully, we can return to Bintan and stay here again next time.

One of my wishlist items... The staff is friendly, and the CI/CO staff were warmly welcomed. There's a hotel tour showing the history of the ship from its construction to its eventual conversion into a hotel. The rooms are unique, with spacious bathrooms. The amenities are complete. The location is private, the view is excellent, making it truly comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast menu doesn't have many options for a restaurant of its class, but the taste is okay. Overall, it's fun, the kids are happy. Of course, you get what you pay for.

A recommended hotel offering a sailing experience and an understanding of the maritime world, including the history of ships, and the creation of a very comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly, giving us a rating of over 100. Thank you for being part of our family's experience.

Staying here feels like being on a real ship. The views are beautiful. Unfortunately, the food isn't that great.

Vacationing with the kids. The hotel with the sunset view is excellent. The rooms are also beautiful, exotic, and feel like they're on a cruise ship. You can enjoy afternoon coffee by the pool or on the balcony while enjoying the view of the ocean, birds, and fishermen's pompong boats. The view is beautiful in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The pool staff, Bang Ade, originally from Batu Bedaun Dabo Singkep, was very polite and friendly. Thank you. The best of the best. God willing, I'll come back here again on vacation.

At least once in your life you have to stay here, we will be taken on a tour around the ship and told the history of the ship's construction until it was transformed into a hotel. The best service is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cool, comfortable, the view is no need to ask again, all sides are beautiful, wherever you want to hang out, it's cool, peaceful, the food is a bit pricey but worth it because it's delicious, the pool view is the best, especially at sunset. The owner is very friendly, how can his fortune not flow continuously, he greets all guests without discrimination. Cool.

Fun, the view is awesome. The room is very clean, the swimming pool is also clean. Happy to bring the kids here.

It's a great hotel inside a cruise ship. The floor is tilted, so be careful not to slip. Very clean. The meal is delicious, but it's too expensive for locals. Great service and great photo spots. I really recommend coming here at least once.

The view from the hotel is amazing. The staff were super helpful and nice. It's located in the farthest area of the island, so it gives you the nicest view of the sea. Also, it has an infinity pool facing the sea. The meals were so-so and kinda expensive. Because it was located in Bintan Resorts area, it's kinda hard to find a convenience store nearby. Anyway, it is really worth it to spend your time here!

Very comfortable and quiet location, cleanliness and facilities are okay, breakfast like on a ship is very suitable for couples and families.

A unique hotel, the building is made from a real ship. The location directly adjacent to the sea adds to the pleasant experience in this hotel, like being on a sailing ship. The service at the hotel is very good, plus there is a tour provided by the hotel for guests to explore parts of the ship.

The staff was nice and the food is good and delicious.

The staff are friendly, especially the manager in charge of the tour of the Ship today, 14 Nov 2024 (sorry, can't recall his name). We managed to meet up with the owner of the Ship and bought his book titled "The Ship & I - in pursuance of the Grand Old Lady of the Seas". Truly inspiring!

Very good, the staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and big. Booked the Family suite with balcony because I stayed with three friends for a staycation and it was really worth it. Just arrived and was greeted with a welcome drink with a sweet ginger flavor and refreshing for us who were thirsty because the drink was cold. The room is quite spacious and the amenities are complete. The soap was lacking but asked for more to the receptionist and was immediately given no problem. Complete facilities and got a free Heritage Tour which was very impressive guided by a staff named Arnold. The journey of this ship is truly amazing and what impressed me the most. Is the fact that 100% of the revenue will go to charity. All are positive, love it and will definitely come back.
