Just a criticism, access from the main road to the lobby is quite dangerous, besides the road is downhill and because there are lots of gravel, it could cause falls or slips. Thank you

The staff was responsive, and check-in was also on time. The natural ambiance is simply stunning. The room lights can be adjusted and the brightness can be adjusted. The sounds of nature, even the river, provide a soothing soundtrack for sleep.

The place is very comfortable, cool, very suitable for healing. It's just that I'm not satisfied with the hotel service. I ordered a deluxe cabin which in the photo is facilitated with a balcony/terrace but when I was there I was given a room without a balcony. When I complained, it was explained that the room was the same, even though I chose a higher price for a room with a wooden balcony. Please improve the service. Give the guest the room they ordered according to what was ordered. According to the photo.
