Was a beautiful view of the bay when we opened the door of our room, and the room was small but nice. The exterior was older looking but typical of a beach community that is not a resort. Saw people out clamming at night. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was in rough shape. Cleanliness was not great either.

Unfriendly staff, run down property, lack of basic furniture and utensils in the kitchen. Extremely expensive for what we got.

The property itself was average and has a lot of potential. Unit 27 appeared unkept. The bedding appeared dirty, and linens were very worn. I removed the bedding and pillows and used my own as we were traveling and happened to have ours on hand. The area/floor caulking surrounding the bathtub was very dirty. The coffee pot was dirty. The blinds were broken, did not raise up and also dusty. However , all of that being said, the staff was helpful with after hours check in instructions, and hotel proximity to the beach was great.

Rooms had an amazing view that made up for the wear and tear.

Great for a place to stay. Stairs to the beach are a little sketchy especially if you were to go at dark time. Also that beach right there is pretty dirty. Crab shells all over like they ate the meat and left the shells. Decent price, great view and close to other attractions.

View was nice. Room was ok, no water pressure in shower.

It was disappointing, the room was dirty, hair in the sheets. Outlets along one wall did not work.

The location of this hotel is amazing! We had a spectacular view of the ocean from our room and there was a lovely little public patio area available for watching the sunset. The room was clean and functional but it could definitely use some freshening up.

There was mold all around the bathtub, the kitchen table was so sticky

When I got here I was given a room with broken blinds. I had to go back to the office. I offered to just tape some paper over the blinds. They offered me a $10 discount. Then I went back to the room and the blinds were more broken than I thought so I went back to the office. I was offered a different room. It didn't have an ocean view but it cost more because it was a "cabin." They charged me the same but never gave me the $10 discount for my inconvenience. The parking is nowhere near the rooms that face the ocean. I had to drag my suitcase up and down the street 3 times. This is just not the kind of thing you want to deal with when you've been traveling all day and you're tired. The fridge in the second room was dirty. There is also no shelf or any place to put your shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Do not recommend. Very overpriced for a Wednesday off season.

The bathroom tub has no mat and it was slippery. , The bed has wheels and every time you sits on it, it slides. The walls, floor and furnitures are sticky. The railings on the balcony is all rusted. There's dog poop on the ground and the landscaping has no grass or plants just over grown weeds.

Parking was limited so I had to park on the road. There was no way to lock the front door from the inside. The body soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were empty within the shower. It even seems like the add said something like, just need your toothbrush and toothpaste. No continental breakfast, or anything to eat or drink, for that matter. The chairs on the back porch were so old and fragile that they felt like they were going to break. The bedroom was small and the bathroom was tight. THE PLUS SIDE…. The bed was comfortable and the view was great.

Ocean view

Great ocean views; easy access to get to the beach. Nice set up, my room was on the second floor, yet the entry door to room on street level with no stairs.

The access to the beach was excellent, but the wooden steps needed some repair as they were a little dangerous near the rocks at sea level. It seemed a little understaffed at times.The beach view was good enough, and the room was comfortable and clean

Although looking slightly outdated from the outside, the room was very nice and well maintained (although, only 1 of 2 bathroom switches worked). The shower was nice and warm, the refrigerator worked perfectly as did the heat. The view was fantastic. My only constructive criticism would be not enough towels. Well worth the price.

The view the great and they allow dogs!

Property is rundown and basically in deteriorating condition. Dingy, rusty and sticky. View is the only good thing about the property and walking distance to the beach. Only amenities that it has was ice machine which was out of order. Their peak summer rates are like those of Mariott and Hilton but service and property is worse than even a basic Motel 6 or Super 8. They charged 250 a night and gave wifi password on piece of paper. No locks from inside the room as the door locks from outside. The entire room has two sockets to plugin which were unsafe. Patio was rusty, chair were old and roof was leaky. Bed were back breaker and walls are paper thin so much so that folks over at the next room were having night activity and that basically kept banging the bed and we got up.i had to literally bang on the wall to make them stop. We actually booked for two nights but left early after first night.
