Wonderful hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean room despite being close to the elevator. Room darkening shades helped ensure a good night's sleep. Minibar fridge and coffee/tea in room. Only downside is the restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 5pm. We checked in at 3 and preferred to eat and rest a bit before heading to the rynek. Plenty of other options but for convenience, it would be nice if they had even light bites. Otherwise a lovely hotel that we will return to.

Fantastic. The hotel could not have been in a better location. Quiet, new, clean, walkable to everything. The staff were funny, nice, and accommodating. The rooms were nice sized and had all the amenities. The restaurant on site was delicious. I would stay here my next visit for sure.

This was an amazing hotel. Far enough from the town centre that it was quiet, but still just a 5 minute walk to all the action. 8 minutes away from the main train station and mall by foot. Staff was extremely kind, courteous and helpful. I am already planning on returning to this same hotel next year. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay at the Garmond hotel. Located close to the main Krakow Square and Galleria mall/train station. Exceptional staff, particularly Joanna at the front desk and Magdelna in the restaurant. The morning breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations, particularly the sernik (Polish cheesecake). The decor of the hotel is chic, classy and we loved the music. We hope to be back again.

It is situated next to a small park and opposite a school, yet it felt very quiet. The main square in the Old Town is within walking distance. Nice spacious room and nice and helpful staff. There are so many eateries within five minutes of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the hotel.

This property has great location in Old Town. The Staff was very helpful and the dining was good. Accommodations were very nice, although the bathroom is a little tight.

A stunning boutique hotel right in the heart of the Old Town, near a beautiful park. The restaurant was intimate and cooked breakfast to order. The staff were absolutely lovely, so eager to help and very welcoming. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was pretty central to the main square. Loved the interior. Staff were mixed, but one lady with short blonde hair was super friendly. It was more the room cleaning that let this hotel down. The beds weren’t made one day and the floor wasn’t cleaned. I did ring reception to report this but they didn’t seem to interested or apologetic, just advised house keeping had finished for the day.

This was a wonderful and perfect hotel in the center of Krakow right next to old town. It was perfect for visiting the Christmas market. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I recommend this hotel very highly.
