Had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff was very helpful - location was great - included breakfast was delightful. Would definitely recommend! (Directly across the street from the Opera House - be sure to take a tour!!)

Beautiful property with an amazing view from the squeaky clean rooftop pool. The hotel breakfast is excellent with familiar items for US/European travelers as well as local favorites to try. The fruit is amazing. We had a great view of the famed Opera House and enjoyed happy hour on the square nearby. There are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby but don't overlook the hotel restaurant and bar. We enjoyed cocktails in the lobby bar and a wonderful dinner. But all of these things were topped by the wondeful staff. Everyone was unfailingly warm and helpful.

Shower no WARM(they dont have Hot water in shower)water. Warm water just drips ( no pressure). I’ve stayed here more than ince and they always have this same problem. ( sometimes NO WARM WATER IN SHOWER). Smart move is to pick other hotel

Hotel and staff are pretty nice. Restaurant and spa are not on par.

Pleasant hotel in the best part of the historic center of Manaus near the Amazon Theater/Opera and some very nice restaurants, including the hotel's. The staff were friendly and helpful

It's a lovely hotel and we enjoyed staying here! there were a couple of issues with our room but the staff were very accommodating and made things right with no problems. We'd stay here again gladly. Great location, easy to find taxis and use Uber.

Property very good and just beside the Teatro Amazonas. The surrounding is not very safe at night

Having staying at both the 2 top Hotels in the center of Manaus I would recommend and choose Juma Opera only next time

Great hotel. Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning during my first stay but my second stay was great. No issues. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the accommodations are perfect. Also the food at the hotel is very good.

The staff are incredible. Don't know the area and being safe is the most important thing.

Very difficult to contact and speak to someone in English prior to arrival… so we were a bit concerned. However it might be one of the BEST boutique hotels we have ever stayed at and we travel the world. I must mention ALICE at the front desk who booked for us two incredible trips with a very knowledgeable and perfect English speaking Charles & Ed the driver… couldn’t have been in better hands. Incredible nature and the Hotel Juma Opera the MOST BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH A TRULY FABULOUS STAFF
