Stayed here for my son's birthday. There was no free cake, it was a fee, and it was delicious. There was free afternoon tea, and the cakes and fried foods were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the food in the restaurant was also delicious. There was a heated pool for the kids, free yoga and sauna, and more. Next time, God willing, I'll come back here again.

The best hotel in Ciwidey. Beautiful view, nice landscape and atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly.

Comfortable hotel, very natural atmosphere, makes you feel at home, delicious food, complete facilities.

The view is beautiful. I arrived at 2:30 pm, waiting for the room to be ready, after that I was able to check in & enter the room even though it wasn't check in time which was said to be 3 pm. The female staff on duty during the day at the reception was not friendly & didn't smile, like she was reluctant. Because I only stayed one night, I only brought 1 travel bag & 2 plastic bags containing snacks & drinks, my initial position was placed on the sofa because when I arrived the hotel was still quiet (no other guests) but without prior notification to me my bag was moved to the floor, near the reception desk. Initially I thought all the rooms I booked had a balcony, it turned out there wasn't, because my husband smokes I wanted to upgrade to one that uses a balcony, but it turns out the hotel rules do not allow smoking even on the balcony, even if it's a Vape, as a result my husband immediately pouted (if caught he will be fined 4 million) it's just strange the reason he said he was afraid of disturbing guests, even though it was on the balcony & it was a Vape, so I didn't upgrade the room. Oh yeah the wifi is SLOW. When it was time for breakfast, the menu served was only dessert, portioned fruit & drinks other than water, there were only 3 kinds: herbal medicine, orange juice: which my husband said tasted like yesterday's juice & white milk. The main menu had to be requested first & it was already a package. I chose the Indonesian menu, there was fried rice that was already cold, 2 skewers of satay were a bit tough, very small chicken. My husband chose the Asian menu, it contained fried vermicelli that was so sweet it made me feel nauseous, and an omelette. As for the dessert, it was okay. I quite often staycation if I was asked to come back here again, I don't think so. Thank you.

Even though I arrived by motorcycle, I still got the same parking space as my car, no distinction. This is great. The hotel's design is very nice. Upon arrival, we were served a delicious welcome drink. The staff was very friendly, explained the hotel facilities in detail, and escorted me to my room. At first, I was a bit confused by the elevator, which went up and down differently than usual, but thankfully, they explained it, and I understood. The cleanliness of the room, toilet, and surrounding area was excellent. There's also karaoke facilities 😄 Although the karaoke room is under renovation, they're still working on it. Thank you. There are afternoon snacks, but if there were more snack options, it would definitely be more appealing. For food ordered yourself, the taste could probably be improved. Breakfast was okay, quite complete. I especially liked the ice cream, hehe. Recommended

strategic location, food is quite good

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and fast response. At the beginning of arrival, all information related to hotel facilities was conveyed so that we could take advantage of various free facilities such as karaoke room, sauna, and yoga.

Highly recommended to stay here. However, there is a little note. The mattress used is a bit uncomfortable. Maybe it can be improved for this mattress.

Totally satisfied staying here.. kids are happy, mom is happy, everyone is happy.. the facilities you get are worth the value you have to pay. I will definitely come back here again

service: staff is still not very friendly, many of the staff are still a bit stiff for the room is quite clean because maybe the hotel is still new, just enter for under the TV table it still looks dirty. It's just that Forest Hill still can't serve the needs of all guests..for example for the type of room that has a terrace or balcony it should be provided for those who can smoke..but for smoking you have to go out of the room first and go to the restaurant area..even though there are many hotels with the same type but can smoke on the terrace or balcony area...hopefully in the future Forest Hill can be better and can provide more service and comfort for all guests without exception

Staying here is very enjoyable, lots of playgrounds for children.

The hotel room doesn't seem to have too many. but that's what makes it enjoyable, the facilities are complete, there is a sauna, jacuzzi, warm children's pool, gym, children's playground, the price is worth it for low season. standard-friendly service. the room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. if you give input, it will be accepted and immediately executed by the hotel. the food is quite delicious. many variations and the price is very reasonable. breakfast is also ok. one of the special ones is chicken satay, tek2 noodles and the best indomie so you don't get bored with star hotels that are too western / Asian. feels Indonesian. so far one of the best hotels in Bandung and the best in Ciwidey. a minimalist 4-star hotel with almost a 5-star feel. fresh and cool air at night and morning. hopefully the service and cleanliness will be maintained.
