There was no soap, toothbrush, toiletries, towels were dull, the bed sheets were also not very clean, when we came home at night the car that dropped us off was not allowed to enter.

The service is very good, there was a complaint about a leaking AC, it was immediately repaired 👍

Hotel location is ok but sorry for staying with family this hotel is not suitable. In the bathroom there were lots of small ants, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not prepared, the location of the air conditioner did not fit the room conditions. Got a room with a garage. Was shocked too. The road is a bit far from the location of the hotel because you are given an OYO room, you have to go far. It is not recommended for guests who want to bring small children for business or other purposes. It's kinda scary.
