Good to go back to Battersea Friendly and helpful staff as always

Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised! Awesome hotel!

We had a lovely stay. Staff were excellent & helpful. Room was fine. Not huge but we weren’t there for too long & it had everything we needed. Quiet overnight & good black out blinds & couldn’t hear the train. Rooftop pool was too busy to use on Sunday & couldn’t use Monday as had aqua aerobics. Good breakfast.

The hotel rooms are small for a family but workable. The restaurant staff were excellent Brilliant location for amble choice for shopping and food.

This is a cool property in terms of architecture and it has lots of nice amenities. But location is not great for site seeing. We did one night and found ourselves lacking options for a decent dinner.

A unique place to stay, comfortable room, a great view of the Battersea Power Station and a good gym.

I have stayed at art'hotel 5 times. It's in a perfect position to access Battersea Power Station for shopping purposes, as well as the Northern Line direct to Leicester Square and theatreland; however, I will not be staying there again. I left a £260, new Self-Portrait lace blouse in the wardrobe on 22nd June. I was told that it had been found by Housekeeping, but when I returned to stay at the hotel on 12th July, I was advised that they'd made a mistake and that it had not been found. The Manager apologised, but they were unable to locate it. My advice to anyone staying in the hotel is to take care not to leave anything behind.

Nice hotel. Feel our room was a bit small to have had an extra bed for our daughter.

Very unique location. Easy access to all amenities. Loved the pool and rooftop bar, which was the main draw for us as a family. Excellent and attentive staff.

I quite enjoyed my stay at the Art’otel. The staff were friendly and room very comfortable. The train line was right outside the window but didn’t find it noisy. It’s in a great location right next to the Battersea Power Station and is close to lots of restaurants and transport. It’s also across the road from Battersea Park. The lighting is automated but very easy to use.

Poor room. Great location. Good amenities.

We arrived at hotel late and checked in. Lifts were really busy so we had to wait. When we eventually got to room our key didn’t work so we had to go back to reception. They fixed that and we got in the room. Room really hot so we put on AC. It got hotter! Called reception who sent someone up who told us we had the fan setting wrong and adjusted it. The room got hotter! Next they sent 2 engineers who also couldn’t get it to work. By this point the room was near 25degrees. We went to reception and asked for a room with functioning AC. Manager said he didn’t have one. The hotel is fine if you want to hang out at a roof top bar and in the swanky lobby area. If you want to sleep though in a cool space you’re better off elsewhere. We moved to another hotel which had perfect AC.

Very disappointing. No art. Hotel not welcoming. Starting to degrade. Rooms small. Air conditioning and lighting turning off all the time.
