It sucks!

The stay was great, only the entry to the building was with automatic foto id, and this did not work for me, so i could not get into the building (no reception) quickly, needed to call them or wait for another person to go in. This is not good, 2 days i suffered wit Th this, the hour i left they managed to fix it … too late too little

Construction noise late into the night was awful! Very clean property. Check in is painful! Check out time is too early. Pool is great. Fitness is good.

I had to spend TWO hours on the phone with an Expedia agent because my reservation wasn’t found in property’s system (Charlie). Therefore, they didn’t let me in the property to check-in. The area is so unsafe that two other guests were robbed at gun point literally in front of the property, very close to where I was at. I thought I was going to be robbed too considering I had all my luggage vulnerable with me. After that, the agent transferred me to a nearby hotel that was under construction, incredibly old and not at the same level of the studio I had originally paid for. I asked to be transferred back to Charlie which I had to spend another hour on the phone with an agent. This literally was the worst experience I had with an Expedia hotel.

I didn’t even get to use my stay as it was available on the website to be used on the same day, so I got the reservation. The property requires a 24h notice with your info to let you in and kept saying they didn’t have the reservation number. So I just wanted my money.

Sempre fico trancado pro lado de fora. A hóteis.com sempre fala que o estacionamento é um preço e chaga lé é bem mais caro
