Very good and nice hotel to stay

I stayed here for 2 weeks accompanying my mom for her medical procedure at Sunway Medical Penang, around 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel is just across Sunway Carnival Mall, which is very convenient. A lot of local food and mini marts around. The hotel does not have a laundry service, but there’s a 24 hour one nearby. The receptionist are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The price is a bit costly based on the stuff they provide. Room has no sound proof, TV is small and no parking is provided. If you park your car outside, you have to pay the car park government otherwise you'll get summon. Outside your window is no view but lots of extremely dirty pigeons poops.

Bed sheets torn 4 days but housekeeping staff did not change new

After few times been here, this time they give me a new room. Cool. But there are no TV channel or netflix only utube.

It doesn't match the photo, in the picture the hotel is big, in reality it's cramped like a boarding room, the room smells of paint, the elevator is scary like a freight elevator. The room is not soundproof, you can hear noise from outside, no electric kettle, very unfriendly for those who bring babies like me, stuffy rooms with no windows, subject to a deposit of 100 Rm / room, tourists are subject to a tax of 12 Rm / day. It's not delicious at all, it's also hard to find food.
