The room is worth the price. Near Indomaret, near A&W. The room is small, but there's a terrace for chatting.

The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is friendly, the place is clean, the location is close to the mall, and there's plenty of food. It's recommended for family vacations. In the future, water dispensers on each floor and plastic cups could be added so guests can make drinks or have hot water available if needed. Breakfast could be added as an option.

The first time I stayed here, I was a bit disappointed. I booked a deluxe room but was given a superior room because it was full. The second time, they asked for compensation because the blanket had a stain, even though they explained that we didn't spill food/drinks because there were already stains when we arrived.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, if possible when there are guests they can be served immediately. The bathroom and bedroom are also quite clean.

Comfortable for temporary stay, clean place

Access to the hotel is difficult because there is no hotel name plaque. Upon check in, I waited approximately half an hour for housekeeping to clean the room. And the real room doesn't match with the photo listed in the application. The staff just only say with the size of the room even though what the customer wants is only a room that matches the photo. At that time, i ordered a room with a window view but the staff defensives again and said there were no sheets in that room. Alright then, maybe this is my last time to check in in this hotel.
