The sheets, pillowcases, blanket, and towels were all worn and unusable, like rags. There was even a torn towel provided in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled of urine, and there were sandal marks on it, but they hadn't been cleaned. The bed and walls were peeling, making the room feel horrible, dirty, and very noisy. The room was difficult to reach, making me feel sorry for my wife and mother, who had just given birth. Access from the lobby to the room was very difficult. Lumayan tapi kamar jelek kotor.

Kondisi kamar kotor, sprei bantal kotor tidak diganti, kamar mandi kotor tidak terawat, di bagian kamar beberapa terdapt sarang laba-laba, AC tidak dingin, water heater tidak berfungsi dan terlihat sudah rusak lama. Kapok nginep disitu.

Ac nya kaya udah rusak, ga dingin padahal udah 16. Spreinya bikin gatel kaya ga diganti tiap tamu ganti🥲 sama wc nya tolong banget di bersihin masa item-item bekas air begitu 😔 kan ada vixal🥲 udah gitu aja.
