This was my first time trying out an apartment. The staff was okay and friendly. However, the room wasn't clean; it smelled of cigarettes, and the mattress and sheets were dirty, making me itchy.

At 7 am the electricity suddenly went out, and when I looked at it, the token was gone. I went downstairs to report it, thinking it wouldn't take long... I went downstairs again at 9 am. The office was closed. No WhatsApp messages were answered at all.

Kamar & toilet kotor, flush toilet sempat ga nyala. Waktu check out, nungguin lama karena yang pegang kuncinya tidak ada di tempat, sedangkan saya harus tuker KTP.
