The photos and the actual room are different. It's dim, really ugly, the sheets are incredibly shabby, and the blanket is made of a sheet. They checked out straight away, and even after checking in, they checked out straight away without asking why. If there were minus stars, they wouldn't give them. I'm too lazy to go through the hassle and just leave. It's just a huge disappointment, so different.

I happened to get a bed that was full of mites

In my room on the 2nd floor, the first room from the stairs, there are lots of fleas and the water for bathing is very small.

the cleanliness of the room is very bad, there are so many mites/bed bugs that the body becomes itchy bumps I checked out at 2 am because of this the hotel did not provide any solution

The place is comfortable, it's nice and cheap too

There was cat feces on the bed in room 222. Checked in on the 28th, checked out on the 29th, I wanted to call reception but they didn't pick up.

Sprei dekil kayak ga dicuci setahun. Kamar kotor banyak sarang laba-laba. AC berisik bikin ga bisa istirahat dengan tenang. Closet kamar mandi susah di flush. Resepsionis jutek. Ga sampe 2 jam nyerah wkwk auto check out cari hotel lain.

There are lots of cockroaches everywhere, you can't put food anywhere, because cockroaches will surely be swarmed. Plus, when I checked out, I checked again with the clerk, but I missed my charger, didn't say, 😭.

Dirty and dull blankets, parking extortion 5000, rooms with lots of cockroaches, no toiletries, every hallway full of people hanging out, no privacy, just really not a recommendation. The hotel should improve these deficiencies, in particular, akamsi must be eradicated to maintain the comfort of guests who do intend to accommodate.

The arrangement of the bedroom space is not ergonomic, I have difficulty watching TV, the floor is dusty, the lighting is not bright. Hopefully the manager can improve the quality of the room even though it's simple. Thank You. Success to you.
