friendly staff very helpful location close to Bukit Bintang easy to find food

As always, affordable stay with great services!

Everything good. Only the housekeeping quite slow.

Plus points: quick check in-check out, clean room, very comfortable bed, strong wifi. Central location, just 5 minutes walk to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang Minus points: the toilet smells every time you go out and come back, the room is a bit small.

The hotel is clean, very close to Pavilion, mostly Indonesian people... Overall, I was satisfied staying here.

The is situated at the strategic location. Service lifts are a bit slow especially at peak hours when guests are checking in and out.

The fridge didn't work, it was finally replaced, but it took a while, maybe because it was busy.

The check-in and check-out process was fast. The hotel was super clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was soundproof. I would stay there again if I go to KL. There were lots of fun places to eat outside the hotel.

It's just that the lobby is really full, but so far the staff has been quick even though at that time I booked 3 rooms but one room was delayed.

The hotel is surrounded by easy access to everything, including malls, restaurants, and more. Behind the hotel, there are delicious restaurants and durian shops. There's also a pharmacy.

This hotel location is really good and makes it easy for us to go around. Near an exclusive mall... a lot of food around that hotel. Very recommended 👍

worth it....according to our wishes, only the problem with the elevator is that it's not enough....
