even though this hotel has been around for a long time, it is still well-maintained and clean. Although the building is old, the important thing is that it is clean and well-maintained so that guests are comfortable and the atmosphere is not just for fun. For the price of the room and including breakfast, it is very good, the taste of the food is also quite good, not just for the sake of making food. The staff are also friendly. Thank you Sangga Buana, hopefully it will continue to survive and can be upgraded even more so that it can keep up with the times.

The room I stayed in (230) was clean enough, the wifi was fast, and the hot water worked well. The only two drawbacks were a slight leak from the roof and from the sink pipe. Otherwise it was okay.

Long power outage. Damp room because AC is not working. Damp mattress, can't sleep because of dampness, damp pillow blanket. External factors, what else can we do? But the staff service is good and proactive.

The door hinges were broken, the room paint was moldy, the room and bathroom were dirty, there was no TV, the bed sheets smelled.

Strategic location but the rooms are dirty.

Water heater leaks, AC is not cold, TV picture is not good.

Tidak ada gelas, mau pinjm kpd staff hotel sulit luar biasa dengan alsn nanti d tegur pemilik hotel. Kamar bau dan lemari banyak yang rusak. Tidak d rawat dengan baik. Cat banyak yang terkelupas n d luar kamar bising tamu hotel lain yang teriak-teriak tidak d beri tegurn oleh staf hotel.

Dirty bed sheets, dirty blankets, like they haven't been washed. Hopefully it can be fixed.
