The female front office staff was unfriendly, had a fierce face, not suitable for working as a front office, no smiles at all, the room was not clean, especially the bathroom was dirty.

The water in the toilet was only hot, the cold water was completely off.... Until checking out I didn't take a shower because the water was so hot, I had to endure the stomach ache because I wanted to wash myself using really hot water, I was forced to go to the airport to wash my face even though I used super duper hot water.... Even the blanket was dirty, like it had white marks on it..

Chair looks good AC was working in not too much bad conditions But it is very noisy You can heard from very near the moto bike, the trucks and the planes sound in an incredibable heavy way. I dare you to be able to sleep more than 1 hour without stop The windows can not to be locked. Leaks in the bathroom. And the tissue of the bed was so poor quality and so old : even for an animal i will never accept that.

The bathroom was clogged, the AC wasn't cold, the bed was dirty.

The location is close to the airport, shops, Indomaret, and comfortable rooms. But at 3 a.m., the water went out and there was no water...
