Wonderful Stay at Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang and had such a wonderful experience. I booked the Amber Queen Room via Traveloka, but when I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Ruby from the front office, who kindly upgraded my room to the Tangerine Room on the 18th floor — the highest floor in the hotel. The city view from my room was stunning, facing directly toward KL Tower. and there are pool and gym both of those facilities are super clean The location is super convenient — just a short walk to Alor Street Food, Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang MRT Station, and Pudu Sentral Terminal, so getting around was really easy. A couple of small things that could be improved: the breakfast menu, room lighting could be brighter, and it would be nice to have a telephone in each room to contact reception directly instead of going downstairs. There’s also a RM 100 deposit required at check-in and an extra RM 10 tax per night. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay — great service, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. I’d definitely come back and recommend Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang to anyone visiting the city!

Strategic hotel near Alor Street

Staff at reception were slow and inept and didn't want to help to solve the many problems. The room service never had the items in the menu. Walls are paper thin. Seriously, the reception staff need to be reminded they are in the "hispitality" industry.

Very strategic, close to Bukit Bintang MRT Station, close to Alor Street Food, strategic for nightlife, coincidentally the staff gave me an upgrade room.

The hotel is located nearby MRT station. Also, it is in the middle of most tourist attractions and within walking distance. If you like to unwind in the evening, there are lots of bars close by the hotel.

The view 😍😍 I'll stay here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur.

There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars around. The room is quite spacious and modern. I think the price is reasonable. Recommended.

Very very dirty hotel, and vaccuming the hallway at 7 in the morning is crazy, when i ask why did he do that he just say the supervisor told him to do it, customer wellbeing in the hotel is not a joke, why they are playing like its ok to wake everybody at 7 in morning by vaccuming in hallway.

The room is spacious, staying with three people and a 12 year old child, one room is enough.

Great location for nightlife. Plenty to window shop after 9 PM.

All the staff is awesome. I stayed for 4 nights and the room is clean. Easy to access with MRT Bukit Bintang. Next to Alor Street corner.

It was so much fun, I will definitely come here again next time because it is close to everywhere.

The high location and rooms facing the TV station provide added value.
