Friendly staff... Strategic location... Good service

Very good, friendly even though the language is a bit difficult, but in the end it was safe and sound

Our stay at Golden Palace Hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Bukit Bintang. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again!

The room was okay, clean, and cool, and it was also close to Alor Street Food and shopping centers. The staff was friendly, and we were given an hour before check-out to pack our bags. Thanks, I'll stay here again next time.

The hotel staff is okay, but the hotel's comfort and cleanliness need improvement. The location is quite close to busy areas.

Bad facilities inside room. All electrical supplies not functioning. Inside bathroom toiletries not prepared well. Room cleanliness also bad. First time in my life stay in this kind of hotel. Even budget hotel looks more tidier than this. Reservations areas also not enough lighting and looks like haunted hotel with no lighting supply at the staircase (could be dangerous to guest).

Already booked, but when I arrived at the hotel it was canceled. Really disappointed. The reason is not accepting the booking.

My first sentence is don't stay here. The place is strategic and the price is quite cheap, but the facilities are so-so. The AC leaks like it's raining, the bed cover smells like it's never been changed, no towels and toiletries, not even hangers. The first time I entered, it really smelled musty. It was really just a shabby mattress and many of the facilities were broken. The room was very unclean. All the rooms there were broken, all the ACs leaked, the TV was broken. In my opinion, it's not worth it to stay there. There are other hotels that are cleaner and better for the same price

We weren't allowed to enter on the grounds that it was full even though we had already paid... we ended up being stranded by the Golden Palace Hotel... everything was bad.

Dear owner, please make sure you have a good standard rooms that we can sleep well, I waste my moneys and must find other hotel to stay cause your room is very poor quality to stay. 3 stars hotel? Anyone who give this hotel 3 stars is very doubtfull.
