+ there is car parking available (outside, about 20 meters away). -I stayed in a room on the top floor. The rooftop area is very dirty and dusty, and it hasn't been cleaned. -The bedding in my room was very dirty. Although the staff helped replace it, it wasn’t much better. Most of the bed linens here are yellowed, with visible stains and even hair stuck on them. Yet they still allow guests to stay in such conditions. -The room was damp and dark. It was a terrible experience :((

I booked a month in advance and was told that Traveloka no longer accepts guests because the owner had changed a few days ago. Neither Traveloka nor the hotel informed the guests, leaving me stranded at noon waiting for a solution.

Booked a room through the app and paid, but when checking in, the staff said there were no rooms available. The staff said they would call Trevaloka to support a refund, but after waiting 5 days, I still haven't received a refund.

The room and location are very ok, convenient for traveling. The minus point is probably the room's soundproofing is very poor. At night, the receptionist downstairs can hear talking or listening to music.

Phòng 103 Đã gọi điện trước xem khách sạn có hỗ trợ cho nhận phòng sớm không thì được bạn nữ nghe máy xác nhận là có thể nhận phòng sớm. Đến nơi thì có 1 bạn nam nói rằng qui định 2h mới được nhận. Rồi bạn nam gọi điện lại cho bạn nữ la lối kiểu 2h mới cho nhận sao mày lại đi báo khách như vậy. Nói chuyện rất to tiếng. Tuy nhiên bạn lễ tân còn lại vẫn đưa chìa cho mình lên nhận phòng. Phòng bước vô tuy sạch sẽ nhưng có mùi nội thất rất khó chịu. Mặc dù thấy có để túi thơm nhưng có vẻ túi thơm không còn mùi. Phòng thì không tắt được đèn, không ngủ được. Khoá của cửa phòng cũng cho cảm giác không an toàn. Lâu lâu nghe âm thanh như kiểu có người muốn mở cửa từ bên ngoài. Phòng cách âm không tốt, ban ngày toàn nghe tiếng máy khoan, hàn, tiếng búa đập inh tai do toà nhà phía sau thi công cái gì đó. Gây cảm giác bực bội vì tối đã không ngủ được, ban ngày mới chợp mắt được thì lại như vầy.

Vị trí ok,vệ sinh kém,tiện ích phòng gì cũng không có,phải đi xin,view ok,giường nằm êm,nhưng ở 1 đêm mình phải chuyển Ks,vì vệ sinh kém

So disappointing! 😱 The room has no windows (there are but we can only see the wall of the building next to it. 30 cm from the window!). The room also has a kitchen with an electric stove. but no pans, no pots, no plates, no chopsticks, spoons, ladles! The kitchen is empty, nothing! I will not book a room here again! 🤮

I had a very good experience here, the staff were very dedicated and supportive, the room was very clean and tidy. The only thing I was a little concerned about was the room had a strong smell of essential oils, but I took it off and put it in the closet until I checked out and then put it back in its original place. I will come back next time.
