The room conditions did not match the pictures. The room was dirty, the Wi-Fi was dead even though it was fixed, the room was full of ants because the building was old, even on the bed. Service was slow.

The staff and roomboys are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Please, when we book, complete it with the facilities listed in our booking, and ask for a fast response.

The roomboy Mas Aldi was very helpful in helping me with the check-in process, the room was clean, all the equipment in it functioned well, the location was very strategic. Next holiday with family, hopefully we can book an apartment here again.
