The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel condition is inadequate. The elevator is scary, it doesn't seem strong enough to carry 2 big people like me and my husband. There are many holes in the ceiling. Some of the doors are also broken. The shower doesn't work. The atmosphere is scary because it's combined with a school. There are many things that need to be fixed.

Recommended for lodging in Malang. The TV already has Netflix, YouTube, awesome 👍

we choose this hotel to stay before going to bromo. staying here is very satisfying. friendly staff

The accommodation is one with the school, the parking is one with the school vehicle, it's a shame that students who are late to school are punished outside, so that the guests will see, the character of the students will not be good, the stairs going up are uncomfortable because the distance is too far, so it's dangerous

The TV cannot be used. Hotel repairs are slow, we already know there will be a long weekend but the elevator has not been fixed. so we are forced to go up and down the stairs, it's a pity for the elderly who can't stand it anymore. please replace the toilet, the bidet. this bidet is no longer functioning. the room is also not clean, when we entered there were still hairs. hadeh....

It was located inside a high school. The room was big but it was uncomfortable. Bathroom so bad the shower didn't even have a cap. You can hear high school students at night and they were so loud, we tried to sleep around 8pm, and heard the loudness from the students from 8pm until 11pm, non stop. The staff woke us up at 11pm just to tell us to give our car key because they want to move our key parking position. It was unpleasant stay for sure.

Damp room, dirty toilet, really scary at dawn when I was going to Bromo, the lights were dark and I had to go down the stairs from the 3rd floor. I heard screaming, this hotel was googled as a former Dutch hospital, passing the 2nd floor of a school, then the elevator was small and dangerous, and very noisy because the school below had difficulty resting during the day.

The hotel is located in a school environment, so it's noisy. The floor is dirty, the toilet is very disgusting as if it has never been cleaned, the sheets are dirty & not clean white, the night light doesn't work, the AC is not cold.

The floor is very dirty, lots of cockroaches, HK doesn't clean well, the sheets and bed covers are yellow.

Bagus dan cukup kalau mau untuk rehat saja tapi kamar mandinya closetnya sedikit bermasalah jadi kurang enak so far bagus.

Booking kamar include breakfast, tapi sampai 08. 30 sarapan belum siap. Katanya ada keterlambatan dari red doorz. Jam 08.40 sarapan baru datang. Itupun salah, di kresek tulisannya 305. Padahal saya menginap di 301. Terlampir menu makanan 40k yang terlambat datang tersebut.

Everything is fun. Except the closet is a bit lacking.

Liftnya ngeri. Closet goyang goyang. CS/lobby tidak ada no telpon/WA.

Yang takut sepi mending nginep sini saja, enak di sini, cari makan juga dekat, depan samping ada, tapi kurangnya TV-nya enggak nyala, huhu.

Hotel nya ada di dalam sekolahan, kalau sampai sana dan bingung tinggal tanya security nya saja, kamar nya cukup kecil tapi fasilitasnya berfungsi normal seperti AC, TV, dan air panas. Ada fasilitas lift nya tapi beda dengan lift yang biasa kita pakai.

Tempat nya enak. Mudah di temukan. Kamar enak nyaman.
