The location is very close to Kebumen station, Good service but lacking facilities, only 1 towel for 2 nights 2 people, AC is not cold and Hot water does not work. The room is not clean (?) when I stayed I got herpes and the sheets had holes, the bathroom area was also not clean there were leftover security that was not thrown away.

It's really bad, the price of a star hotel but it's like staying in a makeshift house.

This hotel is really bad. The bathroom is really dirty. There is no hot water for bathing. The housekeeping is really dirty. The staff is not friendly at all. I am fed up with staying here. Please, Traveloka, remove this hotel from the partnership list. It is very detrimental to customers. At that price, it is not worth it.

The bathroom smells really bad, lots of mosquitoes.

The room had lots of mosquitoes, the pillow smelled of sweat, there was lizard droppings on the pillow. Finally moved hotels.

The toilet is not good because the position is below so you have to go down 3 steps. Then the size of the toilet is not ideal, the walls are not plastered so they look dirty. The hotel does not have restaurant facilities so you have to go out or grab if you want to eat.

Order the family type, the location is a bit hidden near Kebumen station, overall it's ok

Perbaiki fasilitas kolam rendam dan kamar mandi, dituker aja kolam rendam jadi km mandi. Km mandi sempit ditutup aja perluas kamarnya. Sheet pakai bahan dan motif yg mewakili konsep. Gelap kusam dan buram. Lampu minimalis semua.

Nyaman banget lingkungannya dan dekat sama stasiun Kebumen. Rekomen sih buat nanti kalau berlibur sama keluarga.

Saya kecewa karena KTP saya tertinggal dan sudah menghubungi mereka dengan baik-baik untuk minta tolong mengirim KTP saya via ekspedisi dan uangnya akan saya ganti, namum sampe sekarang belum ada itikad baik dari mereka dengan alasan belum sempat mengirim. Kejadiannya KTP di tahan resepsionis, karena banyak hotel yang sudah tidak memberlakukan ini saya lupa. Karena pas check out tidak ada orang sama sekali dan saya harus berangkat pagi maka saya pergi buru-buru dan lupa KTP saya. Saya check out dengan tamu lain juga karena sudah menunggu orang resepsionis lama maka kami memutuskan untuk keluar saja. Dan pas saya relpon pihak hotel minta saya balik ke kebumen padahal saya posisi di Jakarta. Tolong pihak aplikasi dibantu untuk menegur pihak hotel agar mengirimkan KTP yang tertinggal di hotel.

Overall nyaman. Sayang banget memesan 3 kamar yang lampunya terang cuma 1. Complain, katanya memang kaya gitu karena enggak bisa dibenerin. Agak enggak logis. Tapi karena dari jauh mau gimana lagi. Tolong dibenahi.

The AC isn't cold enough, it's rarely maintained, the bathroom is okay even though there are mice milling about, the wifi is quite slow, the parking is safe and spacious, enough for that price.

The bathroom size is too small. There's a condom on the toilet.

Staying for 2 nights for work, the hotel concept is nice, walking distance from the train station, just lots need to improve such put tissue & provide mosquito spray in the room. There ' s no housekeeping on the 2nd day of my stay and surrounding is a bit noisy as it located right next to the road, and I woke up few times at night due to loud motorbike sound go in and out the hotel area.

Just according to the budget, quite comfortable

The reception room is dirty, smells of cigarettes and full of cigarette butts. The villa rooms are nice, but the wood is eaten by termites and sawdust stains pillows, sheets and drinking bottles overnight. Lots of cobwebs in corners, walls and bathroom. Access to the bathroom is very narrow, the stairs are steep and dangerous for large people. The room lighting is too dim, the broken lights are not replaced. There is an unused pool in the room, so a mosquito nest!
