The Admin is very helpful and fast response! No doubt about it. However, the room and the bathroom cleanliness, in overall, are definitely need to be improved. There were many dust,some animals (ants and spiders), and lack of basic amenities (like shampoo, body soap/hand soap). It’s pretty annoying for someone who stayed for more than 2 days). The room itself probably had not been used and taken cared of for quite some time. That said, I believe those problems definitely something that can be improved pretty easily. Hopefully the owner could make it better soon! This place definitely has a huge opportunity to become one of the best place to stay in the area!

I've stayed there several times and had a great view. On the ground floor, there's a food stall, Indomaret, and a coffee shop, making it easy to find food.

The location is strategic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Maybe I was unlucky, I got a room where the gas ran out, so I couldn't cook, I couldn't replace it because the staff had gone home, but there was still a dispenser so I could make instant noodles or coffee, the soap was also mediocre.

Upon first checking in, the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but we were immediately given a room upgrade. The new room ran out of electricity tokens, so we had to wait 30 minutes to buy electricity. On the plus side, the admin was quite responsive.

The apartment's facilities are excellent. It's strategically located and accessible via BSD Link. The room offers fast internet, a good smart TV, hot water, and a clean bathroom and kitchen. However, there are some issues with the room: ants are everywhere on the mattress, and ants immediately appear when you put food on the table. The mini fridge smells really bad and is full of flies, and the chairs are worn out.

The process was fast, clear, and very helpful.

The studio room is clean, the apartment is comfortable, there is a swimming pool for children.. the location is also strategic near AEON Mall. Recommended for couples who want to staycation ☺️

the location is really good near ICE BSD, easy access, the interior of the building is really good. but unit 26K inside is dirty, the furniture is also dirty, the bedsheets are not known whether they have been changed or not (see the picture. the position is really just checked in), the pillows are flat, the wifi is a bit slow, the sliding door to the balcony cannot be locked but thank God it is safe, the cooking utensils are still oily, the dishwashing sponge is no longer suitable, there is soap and shampoo, there is a toothbrush and toothpaste, there are 2 towels. there is no place to hang clothes in the toilet, the water heater is okay. the service of the apartment staff is quite good, when I wanted to check in the curtains were being fixed so that they could be fully closed, and they could be fully closed. the gallon of water is full. thank you.

the interior is nice, the water heater is on so it's comfortable.. my suggestion is to put chairs and a small table in the front yard for smoking so it doesn't get dirty sitting under it hehe oh yes, there are gallon glasses provided but there are no glasses for brewing coffee🤭 so you have to buy coffee first downstairs, otherwise it's okay.. my first experience renting an apt, thank God I got a satisfying one👍🏻 if possible, bring food from home, because it's a bit difficult to find food near the apt, you'll probably have to go to Aeon which has lots of choices
