Strategic location, clean. But the room ordered on Traveloka does not match what was given. A little disappointed. Next time, please don't give what you have ordered to other people. That's called unprofessionalism.

Strategic hotel in the city center, in front of the hotel there are many food stalls and the service and room facilities are very good.

There is no choice for breakfast. I brought my child but they couldn't eat it because there was only fried rice and white bread. The fried rice was spicy, I couldn't ask for white rice. The white bread ran out and wasn't refilled even though it wasn't 8 o'clock yet. Cleanliness was okay, needs to be improved because the towels were a bit smelly, and the bathroom was lacking. Overall it was okay for a budget hotel.

The electricity went out many times, the floor was sticky even though we checked in at 10 pm, the room sink pipe leaked so it got wet everywhere, the water spray tap came off so the water squirted everywhere but we were the ones asked for compensation. Sorry to say, not compensation but we didn't get decent facilities plus we were told to replace them. Big no 👎. The sahur food had no protein. Those who want to stay here must be prepared with a lot of understanding. Thanks.

The prayer room is spacious, the rooms are clean, the location is strategic, there are lots of snacks.

the room is comfortable.. friendly hotel staff... thank you for serving us very well, especially when bringing a baby, we asked for help to boil hot water, they were happy to help. even though there is a dispenser, my child can't drink water that is heated in the dispenser. the baby is also not fussy, sleeps soundly... the location is close to various foods/restaurants. next time I will stay here again if I go to Jambi

The offline is cheap, lol, using the application is more expensive because of tax. The hotel is nice and comfortable.

There was a cockroach inside the bathroom which I managed to kill it.

The hotel is in the Sipin area, on the side of a busy road, there are lots of people selling food around, even at night the area in front of the hotel is a place to relax on the sidewalk which is generally filled with teenagers. I stayed overnight on July 2 2024 on my way from Palembang to West Sumatra, the mpek-mpek souvenirs I bought were helped to store them in the refrigerator, thank you. Only the smell of the bathroom is not pleasant, it cannot be disguised even though room freshener is put on.

Quite disappointing, please change the sheets and pillowcases, they are very inadequate, check the cleanliness again, there are many t. T. Us in the bathroom, the floor is also scratched, only one towel is given, just because you choose a standard room does not mean that cleanliness is ignored. Thank you once, it is not recommended.

I like staying here because the staff are friendly and fast at check in time, hopefully the breakfast menu will change and be even better. Success
