The room smells musty, the bathroom is not very clean, the yellow pillow is a bit dirty

The shower leaked, the jetsprei leaked, the old one set of sheets and the color is already dull. I want to use it but I'm afraid it will still be dirty. Tq

The room was not cleaned and the trash was not taken the next day, the receptionist was rude, the TV screen was blurry, the AC could not be adjusted.

Upon check-in, the receptionist said there would be an additional charge for children in a curt tone, the TV didn't work, there was no Wi-Fi, the bathroom lock was broken, the bathroom door was broken, the access card was broken, the shower curtain wasn't replaced, the female receptionist was rude when asked for help.

Recommended, the staff is responsive and close to everywhere, Thamrin City, Tanah Abang, basically close to everywhere.

There are lots of small cockroaches in the room. The bathroom smells bad and the ceramic walls have lots of yellowish stains. The chair handle was broken when we arrived. There is no trash can in the room. There are no windows. Those who are claustrophobic should be careful lol. The cleanliness is a bit bad but if you just want to stay for one night and have no other options, it's okay, especially in the Thamrin area. Not recommended for a staycation.

It's nice to have fun there but it's still a bit quiet for a good rest.

3/5 overall. The room was not entirely cleaned. I was a bit surprised when found an underwear in the bathroom. And internet connection was really bad, I had to use my personal cellphone as hotspot.

This hotel is in the Kebon Kacang area near Tamres so it's basically a hotel in an apartment, so parking is quite difficult, we have to walk up to the 2nd floor. The place is clean but it's an old inn so it's not developed anymore. Sorry, I don't recommend it.

It's great, in the city center. Will stay here again

2 times ordered via apps but never got a room with a king bad size bed... hopefully next time there will be a king bad size bed...

The room and bathroom were not very clean, I couldn't take a shower because there were so many small hairs in the toilet 🙂.

Resepsionis tidak ramah, mau cek in harus nunggu resepsionis selesai telponan sama temannya 😑, nitip barang di resepsionis juga tidak boleh 👎 akhirnya cari hotel lain.

Kurang memuaskan untuk harga segitu, tidak ada sendal, air minum juga tidak ada, handuknya kotor, spreinya ada flek-flek, telponnya mati.

Terrible, I was check in, open my room, and found crocoach on the bed.

The condition of the room was dirty, the bed sheets, blankets and pillowcases were very dirty and had lots of stains. The mattress becomes itchy. In the first room the AC was broken, not cold. Asked to change to a new room, the AC felt cold even though the AC was leaking making the room dirty. If you want to swim, it's complicated because you have to use the apartment access card, which only the receptionist has, guests don't have access. So you can't freely go in and out of swimming. 3 days stay the room was never cleaned.

The AC wasn't cold, the bathroom didn't have soap and it smelled of urine. The female receptionist is less friendly and less thorough. The hotel room door was broken. Too many rules to be comfortable.
