Seriously. I was scammed. Booked a deluxe room on the Traveloka app. The room was spacious, with a hot shower, and a kettle for coffee. The room was cramped, with no hot shower, and no kettle. Got to the third floor via stairs. When I complained, the receptionist casually said it was a suite and had no partnership with Traveloka. Wow! Not recommended.

Don't believe the photos you see... if you order online, you won't be given the room that was offered...

Good stay at a good price. The hotel is a bit old and has limited guests, but it's still okay for staying.

I stayed here for transit on my way. For this price, it is really worth it with spacious room facilities, cold AC, bathroom with bathtub and friendly staff.

Does not match the description. The shower is broken. The AC is not cold. Hot. Placed on the 3rd floor for the reason of using the application. There are no warm water facilities

When I stay there, reception give me third floor, if I want change to groud floor I have to pay.
