The bathroom shower was easily accessible and all the soaps, tissue, and toilet paper were provided in an eco conscious manner. The hospitality shelf was similarly stocked with cups that were compostable.

Complimentary breakfast was extremely convenient and filling with a variety of options. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was my favourite of the four we stayed at on Vancouver Island. It was in a good location, room was large and amenities and cleanliness were superb!

I was grateful to get the room and it was very comfortable. There was a switch on the room when I got there, it was advertised as Mountain View but the substitute was perfectly a fine, same size bed and gigantic room. I thought the price was extremely high. The breakfast was large but not the quality that I normally eat. I skipped it. It was the quality that I would expect at a Holiday Inn.

We had a great stay! We heard someone stomp on the ceiling at night. No big deal. Excellent all in all. Would definitely come back. Many thanks for putting my top aside that I had forgotten in the closet. Will either pickup or have it shipped. Will let you know. Thanks so much.

A great stay for our work project nearby. Clean and comfortable throughout the property. Friendly accommodating staff, and great breakfast each morning. Didnt know about the voucher for dinner at the Casino across the street, so missed one night of the discount. A hottub would have been nice as an option for the pool. Thanks for a great stay!
