This hotel was really nice. Clean, quiet, and the large bath was very nice. I enjoyed the staff performance at night. I have never stayed at a hotel which offers performance done by staff members in the past, and it was a very fun experience. The dinner/breakfast buffet was very good and offered many local speciality items. The only thing i wish it was different was parking. They charged parking fee to guest. Otherwise, this hotelqas very good.

It's a clean and modern resort. It seems best for families. The room was a bit cluttered.

The check in and out process was quick and easy as it can be done on a tablet at the front desk. The in and out door onsens were excellent.

Nice hotel

A very friendly, boutique hotel. Rooms are very well laid out. The public onsen is well designed and very relaxing. The staff also provides free entertainment for the guests every evening in the form of a folk dance routine! A bit far from the JR station and shopping but with easy walking distance of a tram line and My-Yu bus stop. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean. Recently renovated?

Hotel is new and immaculate. The interior architecture and design gives off very cozy vibes and is a wonderful marriage of modern and Japanese design. The room was spacious but the bathroom and shower were surprisingly tight. There is a great public bathing floor but it would have been nice to have some more counter space by the sink for getting ready in the morning.

Hotel itself was so clean and beautiful. The public buth was also nice because there was sauna! Moreover, the breakfast was amazing. You should definitely include the breakfast.

Nice hotel, in terms of facilities, but very disorganized with check-in, breakfast, dinner, etc. Probably not worth the high daily rate. Too bad because Hoshino Hotels are usually much better. It is new, so maybe it is just growing pains.
