Great place,awesome breakfast

The property is close to the center, clean and convenient.. the staff are helpful The breakfast is good but limited I like also the availability of bidet in the toilet I just would recommend the property to reconsider daily cleaning of the rooms and the use of perfumes in the loby

Hotels decor was well thought out we especially enjoyed the pool and sauna which was much bigger than we expected for a small hotel. Would definitely book again.

A great site which is so convenient for enjoying Zell!

No AC. Very hot inside the rooms. Pool is freezing. Not heated, no point to have it unless you are into freezing swinging. Rooms are extremely small. Not very confortable. Staff, ok. Decent but of course is a very Germans. Just way too serious and with grumpy or unhappy look most of the time. Meaning efficiency first friendliness second.

Every thing is perfect except that it’s really hot rooms without AC. Modern, nice quality. Love it.

The hotel was nicely renovated, had great breakfast, and wonderful staff. It was located in a good location for easy access to the town of Zell am See. There was no AC or fans in the room and it was uncomfortably warm overnight. We needed to keep the windows open and the hotel is located off a noisy street. Neighbors were not quiet until 0100-0200. Morning traffic picked up by 0700. This gave you minimal peaceful sleep.

Everything was amazing. Only the room service need to be improved.

A lovely, clean, friendly Hotel. Close to the lake and centre of Zell.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Zelle am See again. It was such a great value.

It was really nice and friendly

An exceptional property in a very convenient location in town. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops but nice and quiet. The room is kitted out with quality furnishings. We also enjoyed the pool and saunas after a day skiing. We opted for a suite to give us space for our 16 year old son. We didn’t cook, although the kitchen was very well equipped. However, we did enjoy a few take aways at the dining table. We would stay again!
