1 towel for six days for two person

All was great

While the actual apartment was clean and well arranged, the pedestrian entrance near the train station looks unkept and dirty. The garden looks neglected. Needs proper beautification. Gives the wrong impression as to what lies inside. The air conditioning is also very poor. The days were warm and when turned to its lowest, barely provided cooling. If you go in the summer beware of this.

The property is in a very convenient location..2 mins walk to the train station and also there’s buses and trams right on the train station. It only took us not even 10 mins to Zurich airport.

Apartment and amenities were great and convenient. Area was so close to train station making it great for travel into surrounding towns and cities

It was very easy to access and the transportation network to and from the property was great

Nice perk having a microwave and dorm size fridge in the room. The site has a restaurant/bar, and full, shared kitchen for people to cook. The bids were horrible to sleep on.

Great location, very clean property and dinette is a plus.

Ideal location for airport and into Zurich. Hotel access glitch as had no network connections. Able to use another guests wifi for access details. Suggest sending access details prior to arrival and in good time. Hotel rooms were good had all you required, minus air conditioning! Was quite a hot week so would have been better. Kept window open overnight to keep it cool but meant disturbed by early lorry loading business on our side of hotel. Gym was retty good too. Perfect location for transport- trains trams and buses every few minutes 2 minute walk. Supermarket nearby too. Hotel has a bar and restaurant but e didnt use it. Regular swiss plug adapters do not fit in hotel wall plugs! We bought 2 at airport but prongs not long enoug. Can use usbs to charge mobiles etc in tvs though. Yes would stay again.

I enjoyed how modern each room is with A.C. This is essential for the summer. The location is great, right next to the Glattbrugg train station. I can get to Zurich HB in 15 minutes and get to the airport in 8 minutes.

I had really a bad time, the Ac was not working and the temp was 80 F . Also the bathroom celling was leaking with dirty water. I did inform the staff and then customer care but nothing was fixed

The area at night closed down early evening and although the public transportation was very near the surrounding areas had many people lingering in the streets especially at night time.

You have to do the cleaning by yourself everyday. It takes time for them to give new bath towels. Cleanliness must be a priority, too!

First night had no AC. Second night seemed better, still not cool though. Good location right by the trains.

This is not the first time we’ve stayed at this apartment and we’ve never really had major issues up until this particular stay. We put a few this in the dryer after washing them and just for us to come back and realize that some of our things were stolen. We immediately contacted customer service where we were told that it would take a whole to go through the footage and that they have way more pending matters to attend to. I made it very clear that we’re talking about a theft that happened in their vicinity where you would only have access to if you had an access code. The following day we went to the police station to make an official report and contacted customer service again. Informing them that the footage must be sent to the leading police officer in this case and even with this there was a whole back and forth. Another incident too that occurred on the same day. I reserved a parking spot at around 10:30pm I was not able to get out of the parking garage. Called the company in charge (Share P) was on the call for over an hour trying to get them to open the barrier but no one picked up as usual. Called Customer service of the apartment and their words were: There is nothing we can do for you. I contacted the police and they were able to help out but also stated that they were surprised about this behavior. And a side note too concerning the theft we were told that this isn’t the first time. Book at your own risk. Terrible experience. We will take legal actions.

After confusion on the ignition check. Rest of the state went well. Good restaurant on location. Room was clean and very efficient. Even a kitchenette and there.

Good location. Right across the train and metro station

For the price paid, having a quality coffee machine in the room is a nice touch—but it’s surprising that guests are expected to supply their own coffee beans and grounds.Most hotel’s supply at least instant coffe yet this place nothing .
