My first stay in Miri and for sure will come back for my next visit. I reached Miri quite early before check-in time and forgot to enquire for an early check-in prior as I still need to work, but the front desk staff was really kind helping me out. I love the room, not big but enough, and it’s clean. Yet to try their facilities such as the swimming pool and gym so, I cannot say much. Tried out their breakfast buffet on my last day, it is just ok. Nevertheless, will definitely back.

The staff is friendly, but the hotel facilities are not up to expectations, and the buffet is one of the worst I've experienced. The room is decent but slightly dusty, which adds to the overall disappointment.

The staff was great and friendly with sufficient information on great places in Miri. Staff namely Mr. Zakaria from concierge, Liyana of front desk and Iswandi of Belian Breakfast Buffet were among the personnel who craftly created the great experience of mine. Kudos for the whole team.

The size of the hotel room is too small for the price of purchasing a room voucher which is 1.3 million rupiah/room in a small city like that.
