Was a great stay. Close the the Artpark, within walking distance. Would stay again.

Over priced and very old bad property. It is more of a shack rather than a motel. Don’t book it.

Loved the individual rooms and the outside seats and fire..very cozy place. Only issue we had was the shower head in the small shower...not any room to move and the shower head made it very difficult. Otherwise absolutely loved the place and our stay.

We went to a show at Artpark and this location is very convenient and easy to walk to. There’s safe parking close to your room and we felt very safe being at the property itself. The room is clean, but had a slight odor, and the towels were very worn. The property does have a few maintenance issues, but it is not a bad value for the price. The water and coffee and tea available in the office is also a really nice touch.

Cool place we would definitely stay there again. . Only negative I can think of although the towels seemed clean, they were very stained.

Staff was very nice and parking was great.

Nice easy check-in. Love the chairs out front where you can hang out outside. Feels like a Cottage

It is in a beautiful area. The property needs a little TLC but it was clean.

Stayed overnight for an Art Park concert, location was great. Able to walk to bars, restaurants and the concert venue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel! Room is clean. Just across the street from the Niagara River….you can look into Canada! Couple of good restaurants across the street on the water. Hotel is nothing fancy but very comfortable. Glad we booked this place!

Loved the quiet, serene atmosphere. Difficult to get managements attention. Office was closed.

The property has not been maintained well unfortunately. It improves in some areas but cleanliness seems to be inconsistent to say the least. The room has what it needs in it and the location is prime. With a little bit of effort and updating this could be a much better place to stay. Time will tell if we continue to book here. I called and messaged the manager with no response on the last morning. This is unfortunate because previously we had great communication from Jose.
