check in process for foreign tourists, did not get email password as stated in email information. must call directly from the front door to the hotel building

I love this place; however, the check-in process is a bit confusing and not recommended for those who can't use English.

An apartment style accommodation, conveniently located near Namba and a train station (Sakuragawa). The unit that we stayed was huge compared to hotel rooms, managed to open 3 luggages all at once without difficulty walking. 😀 The only downside is they don’t have daily cleaning services like hotels but the washing machine and vacuum cleaner made up for it 👍🏼

Very satisfied. Large room, modern, complete, hightech. Only 1 minute walk to Osaka metro train station (Sakuragawa). Highly recommended.

Apt/airnb-style hotel, complete home appliances, washing machine, stove, microwave, room is quite spacious & comfortable. The location is not far from Namba, Dotonbori. Quiet and peaceful. Very close to Metro Sakuragawa, and a 10-minute walk to Henshin railway to Kobe. Satisfied. The check-in process is all online without any staff. Get access code & room door password.

Near to the sakuragawa station from there you can transit to other station which is very convenient. For check in you have to scan the barcode which you can find at the lobby and get code from your email then only the room is accessible to enter. Check in time is 4pm they don't allow you to enter earlier.

It was really great to stay here, we can experience a Japanese apartment. The room is very large with a separate toilet and bathroom, washing machine, balcony, smart TV, and large beds. It also has an electric stove, microwave, and dining table. There are still some spaces for opening the luggages. The only issue is that you need to ensure you got the email with a passcode to enter and check in within 24 hours. I need to reach the app CS to get it. It's a self check-in hotel. There are no receptionists and housekeeping, so you'll be on your own, but overall it's very nice, even the conditioner and body soap is really good. It's very close to the exit no 5 of Sakuragawa metro station.
