I've stayed here many times, and it's comfortable and the staff are friendly.

I already booked through the app, the hotel staff called here and there to make sure. Waited for about 30 minutes. Not very friendly either. Booked another room and paid Rp200 thousand, but the AC wasn't cold ckckck. The one from the app was Rp110 thousand

I'm fed up with staying at this hotel, the service is unfriendly and too complicated.

For that price, it's quite good, no matter what your expectations are for that price, don't expect it to be like a 3-star hotel. The room is quite clean, although the bathroom door is broken and the AC at the back of the bathroom is stored so it's really noisy. The receptionist is standard, they're not a hotel, they're just a boarding house guard. Overall, it's quite good.

No soap was given, no free drinking water, the mattress didn't really need to be replaced (it was no longer suitable) 😭.

Sangat. Sangat tidak recommended. Saat datang buat check in malah tidak dilayani dan ditinggal tidur. Ngaco banget kenapa yang kerjanya tidak pada mengerti aplikasi malah ditanya mana bukti bayar. Udah ditunjukin tetap ga dikasih kunci. Ujungnya cari hotel lain. Dan hangus ga bisa kembali dana. Tolong lain kali ajarin dulu yang kerjanya. Cara baca pesanan di aplikasi.

Tembok kamar kotor. AC ga dingin. Nyalain AC dari stop kontak langsung, remotenya rusak. TV ga ada remotenya. Lampu kamar redup. Proses check-in lama. Ga akan balik lagi ke hotel ini. Buruk yang buruk.

Pelayanan nya sangat ramah, tempat nya bagus nyaman untuk beristirahat, seperti saya yang harus balik ke tempat asala kemalaman dan cocok nginep di sini.

Pelayan tidak ramah, tidak dikasih alat mandi, jika bukan area tidak boleh merokok tolong infokan dengan jelas jangan tiba-tiba di denda thanks.
