The location is very strategic. It’s very close to the alun2 area. For a one-star hotel, the room is quite convenient. I love the bed. The aircon works well. However, it needs improvement of the cleanliness in the bathroom. Overall, I’m happy.

Sorry 🙏 The bed wasn't comfortable 😣, the toilet didn't work 😣 The AC wasn't cold enough, and the bed in the picture doesn't match the actual room 😌 The service was okay and friendly, but the facilities could be improved.

Worth the price, okay, good, clean

The staff is friendly and nice. It's just that the room is not very comfortable. The bed feels itchy when we sleep, many of the walls are moldy, the toilet spray is very small and the bathroom door is dirty, hopefully in the future there will be improvements. My family and I are happy to stay at reddoorz near alun-alun cilacap. Thank you

Menginap ditempat ini, sangat menyenangkan. Kamarmandi, bagus, bersih dan layanan bagus.

Lokasinya ok banget di pusat kota Cilacap. Kamar bersih, linen juga cukup bersih, kamar mandi kurang luas menurutku sih. Skala 6 dari 9 deh.

The hotel is clean, like at home, only one towel, even though there are two guests. The AC is not cold enough. Hopefully there will be improvements. Thank You.
