You booked a 3-bedroom apartment of 72 square meters, the general design is 2 rooms with air conditioning, 1 room without air conditioning, you responded that the house was dirty and smelly, but when the staff came to support you, they couldn't point out which part was dirty, your problem was because 1 room didn't have air conditioning and the home side supported you to upgrade to a larger apartment of 122 square meters.

The host is cute. Room with 2 air conditioners for 2 people costs less than 250 thousand. The room is clean, airy, and tidy. But at night when I went to sleep, I had to pull the table and chair upstairs for 4 hours. But still give 5 stars because of good service.

Enthusiastic staff guides when checking in. Room ok, beautifully decorated, soft mattress. Large balcony, suitable for chilling. There is a refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dryer. Common minus of TheSong: very crowded on weekends, VERY LONG wait for the elevator

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, one minus point is that when I checked in, the home did not have mineral water, cakes and noodles included, otherwise everything was good, next time I will continue to experience, hope the home prepares more fully. Thanks!

Good location, nice room with many amenities, large swimming pool. Disadvantages: poor soundproofing, too noisy. I couldn't sleep well so my trip was quite tiring :(

No rice cooker, no oven and no microwave, pots, pans, cups, bowls, also few, basic kitchen utensils are both absent and lacking. Clean room, good service. Friendly, if you rent this apartment and want to cook, you should prepare to bring hot pot, rice cooker, bowls, plates as you like. (Or go to Lotte supermarket opposite to buy more). And remember to keep clean after cooking. Clean up before returning the apartment.
