Very good, the best, I've stayed here many times, I slept very well, but this time I checked out late, checked out at 12.30, didn't call or do anything. I felt very bad that I slept well until the time, but the owner said it was okay and gave me another 15 minutes. I was very impressed. I apologize for the accommodation very much. New hotel other side the train station, very clean because still new, should be perfect BUT the reception ruins all positif things from this place, no one at the reception around 6pm (its 6pm, not midnight or very early morning!), wait for almost 1 hour before he came, knocked the door and ring the bells dozens time, we are tired after a long way from Hat Yai by train, please. And when check out not allowed to left luggage until our van left at 4pm, so we must bring our backpacks when check out at 9am, luckyly we can left it at motorbike rental where we rent the motorbike the day before. Please change your rules and manner if you still want in this hospitality business, we love and enjoy kanchanaburi so much, this hotel is the the dark spots for this lovely city.

Given that it was only constructed two years ago, the hotel is brand-new and clean. They keep things orderly. The owner is incredibly kind and understanding. I highly recommend this hotel.
