Staff is incredibly nice, polite, and professional. I love the way they made me feel welcome and respected. The location is a gem with the breathtaking views also close by to all the attractions. Their cleanliness is a plus, too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, new condition, outside the city, on the mountain, next to the entrance to the Fansipan cable car, you can walk or the hotel has a golf cart to take you. If you want to go into the city, the hotel has a van to take you on time, but you have to book in advance at the reception. But if you are good at riding a motorcycle, it will be fun.

Great experience, will definitely come back many more times. Luxurious space, gentle staff, good service.

Good hotel, good atmosphere, clean, good receptionist. Will come back to stay and recommend to friends in Thailand.
