The hotel is comfortable, the pool is clean, and the food is pretty good. Upon check-out, we were given merchandise containing mineral water and a mug.

I've stayed here several times because it's close to Kertajati Airport. But unfortunately, the towels are not clean enough and they're turning yellow. The hot water in the room sometimes isn't hot and the room isn't very clean, there's still dust on the table. Check-in takes a while, but check-out is relatively fast.

The hotel is really nice! I didn’t expect to get such great facilities for such an affordable price. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was beyond my expectations. Totally worth it!

Fieris Hotel Kertajati is conveniently located right next to the Kertajati Toll Exit and with easy access to Kertajati Airport. The location is strategic for travelers, although it is quite far from Majalengka city center and other lively areas, so you’ll need a vehicle to reach restaurants and other attractions. The hotel has a unique container-style design, with rooms that are reasonably sized—not too big, not too small—but comfortable and clean. A few areas for improvement would be the Wi-Fi connection and reliability, which could be better, and the lighting in the corridors, which I found too dim and somewhat uncomfortable. The breakfast area could also benefit from fans or air conditioning to make it less hot. On the plus side, the swimming pool is excellent—very clean and well-maintained. The hotel’s surroundings are pleasant for morning walks or light exercise. There’s also a self-service check-in option where guests can drive directly into the garage and access their room upstairs, which is ideal for those who value extra privacy. For entertainment, the hotel also offers a KTV karaoke facility. Overall, I recommend Fieris Hotel Kertajati for its very reasonable rates compared to the facilities provided.

The hotel is nice and new, but when I entered my room there were still orange seeds and insects. The shower jet water was a bit smelly. The food was cold, especially the soto soup :( Hopefully this will be a lesson for the future.

It's quite good and quite satisfied with the facilities, services, and food. The location is also very strategic.

Fieris Hotel is perfect for family vacations. Close access to the toll road, close to the city center and tourist attractions. It's really suitable.

The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is aesthetic, but the drain is too small so it takes a long time to recede causing flooding. The food is quite good, the facilities and service are good 🙏.

This is the best 3 star hotel, comfortable and clean place. It's a shame that the location is in the north of Majalengka. But it's worth it

I came here when I went back to my hometown yesterday, and there was a breaking fast event at this hotel with my childhood friends, and the hotel is currently trending in my hometown, the room is clean, the AC is cold, there is Google TV, the view of the rice fields makes me calm, complete amenities, the staff is very friendly and responsive, the best in essence, and for the food, everything is the best, the martabak is my favorite, but unfortunately it ran out and I wanted to add more and it took quite a long time to refill it.. to Mr. Rony as the GM, thank you very much for being very helpful.. Will come back to this hotel

Came during the rain, there was no security to help provide umbrellas to guests. The breakfast menu is ordinary without any variations.
